The position is Managerial Level and the incumbent shall report to the Director. She will be responsible for co-ordinating, implementing and controlling the HR department:

HR MANAGER

Desired Qualities:

• Graduate degree equivalent to S1 and above from reputable university majoring Law/ Psychology/ Human Resources Management
• Experience in Man Power Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relation, Welfare, Training & Development, Legal, Personnel & Industrial relations policies

Key Skills:

• Strong Leadership Quality with min. 5 years in Managerial Position
• Mature and Responsible
• Strong and Good Character
• At ease with management functions and administrative works around the HR department

General Criteria:

• The candidate is preferably a lady not more than 35 years of age
• Living in West or Central Jakarta
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficient in computer and softwares within HR needs
• Understanding of Mandarin is an added bonus
